Three ways to work together.
Three pillars, one standard. We build the product, grow it, and automate the operations around it — no handoffs between separate vendors. Choose the shape of the work; the standard doesn't change.
Questions
Asked before starting.
What the studio does, what it costs, and how the work runs — including the questions about AI search that most sites haven't answered yet.
The studio
- What does ORYNDEX do?
- ORYNDEX is a boutique digital studio working across three pillars. Build is custom product design and engineering — mobile apps, web applications, and enterprise software. Grow is growth strategy, SEO, AI search visibility, Google Ads, and social media ads. Automate is AI automation and business process automation. The studio builds the product, grows it, and automates the operations around it.
- Why use one studio instead of three separate vendors?
- Because the work stays connected. A growth agency that never opened the codebase runs ads against a product it doesn't understand, and an automation vendor brought in later has to learn the business from scratch. When the same studio builds, grows, and automates, there are no handoffs and one accountable party throughout.
- How is a boutique studio different from an agency?
- A large agency puts account managers between you and the people doing the work, and often staffs projects with junior teams. ORYNDEX is deliberately small: senior attention on every project, direct conversation, and a few projects at a time. The trade-off is honest — the studio takes on less work, and it isn't the cheapest option.
- Are the projects on this site real client work?
- Yes. Every case study is a delivered engagement for a named client with a live site, published with their permission. Each one was built by the studio and then grown by it. No performance figures are published, because results worth quoting are the client's to share rather than the studio's.
Build
- What kinds of products do you build?
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android, web applications, enterprise software, and premium marketing sites. Everything is custom — nothing is built on a template or a bought theme.
- Which technologies do you use?
- Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native for mobile; React and Next.js for web. Backends run on Firebase, Supabase, or a custom API where the product demands one. The stack is chosen for the product rather than by habit — native where it is genuinely felt, one shared codebase where one is enough.
- How long does a project take?
- The timeline is agreed in writing in the scope, before design starts, because it depends entirely on what is being built. What is fixed is the rhythm: design first as an interactive prototype, then a working build in your hands every week, so progress is something you can use rather than a status report.
- Who owns the code and the accounts?
- You do, from day one. The repository, the accounts, and the keys are yours. If the collaboration ended tomorrow, you would walk away with all of it — there is no lock-in by design.
- What happens after launch?
- Either a full handover with documentation, or the relationship continues: monitoring, dependency and OS upkeep, and steady iteration, priced as a simple annual add-on agreed up front. An app that is never touched starts ageing the day it ships, so the choice is made deliberately rather than by default.
Grow & AI search
- What is AI SEO?
- AI SEO — also called generative engine optimisation (GEO) or answer engine optimisation (AEO) — is the work of making a business findable and correctly described inside AI assistants rather than only in traditional search results. When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation, the answer is assembled from a handful of sources the model trusts. AI SEO is about being one of them, and about being described accurately when you are.
- How do you get a business mentioned in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
- By making the site legible to machines as well as people: structured data that states plainly what the business offers, an llms.txt brief that summarises it for language models, crawler access for the assistant bots, and content written as clear self-contained answers rather than marketing prose. Nobody controls what a model chooses to cite, and anyone promising a guaranteed placement is selling something. What this work does is make a business easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to quote correctly.
- Is traditional SEO still worth doing?
- Yes — and it is the foundation the AI layer reads from. Assistants and AI Overviews are largely drawing on the same crawled, indexed web, so technical health, site architecture, and genuinely useful content still decide whether you are visible. AI search doesn't replace SEO; it raises the cost of doing it badly.
- Which advertising channels do you run?
- Google Ads for search and shopping, and social media ads across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and wherever else the audience actually is. Channel choice comes out of the strategy work rather than being decided in advance, and conversion tracking is wired into the product so spend is measured against what happens after the click.
- Can you do growth work on a product you didn't build?
- Yes. Existing build clients get a head start, because the studio already knows the product before the first campaign goes live, but growth and AI visibility work are taken on independently too. Search and AI visibility can also be scoped as a standalone project rather than an ongoing retainer.
Working together
- What does a project cost?
- Every engagement is quoted individually and in writing, before anything is designed — so the number is known up front and does not move unless the scope does. A tightly scoped first version and a full custom product are different pieces of work, and the price follows the scope rather than a package. Tell us what you have in mind and you get a real figure, not a range that fits everyone.
- Can you take on only growth, or only automation?
- Yes. The pillars are sold separately as well as together. The advantage of taking more than one is continuity — the same studio already knows the product — but nothing here is a bundle you are obliged to buy whole.
- Do you work with clients outside your own country?
- Yes. The studio works remotely for a global clientele, in English and Greek.
- How do you start a project?
- A conversation, then a written scope with a fixed quote — so the number is known before anything is designed. Write to the studio and you get a reply within two working days, or book a short intro call.
