The brief
Where the business stood
A firm that negotiates with banks and collection agencies on behalf of people under real financial pressure. Visitors arrive worried, often embarrassed, and highly alert to anything that feels like a sales pitch.
The site had to explain a service most people do not know exists, establish that the firm is credible and discreet, and make the first contact feel like a low-risk thing to do — in Greek, for the Cypriot market.
Approach
What we did about it
- 01
Plain language over financial vocabulary
The service is explained in the words someone in this situation would use themselves. Nothing is dressed up, because the audience is already suspicious of anything that is.
- 02
Credibility before the call to action
Professionalism, confidentiality, and how the process actually works are established on the way down the page, so the contact form is reached by someone who has already decided the firm is serious.
- 03
First contact on the visitor's terms
A form for people who want to write it out, direct messaging for people who want an answer now. Neither demands more information than is needed to start a conversation.
- 04
Found at the moment of searching
People look for this help privately and urgently, in very particular phrasing. The search work is built around those moments rather than around industry terminology.
